These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ironkeep web application and Discord bot (the "Service") operated at ironkeep.gg. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

Ironkeep is a guild management tool for Albion Online that helps guilds organise Call-to-Arms (CTAs), events, compositions, builds, rosters, attendance, and silver payouts. The Service integrates with Discord for authentication and notifications.

Ironkeep is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or deprecated; we aim to give reasonable notice for breaking changes when feasible. We do not reset guild data as a normal operating procedure. In exceptional circumstances (for example security incidents, abuse remediation, or catastrophic failure), recovery may involve backups or partial loss, and we will communicate material impact where we can.

2. Accounts & Authentication

The Service uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You do not create a separate account; your Discord account serves as your identity. By signing in you authorise Ironkeep to access your Discord user ID, display name, and guild membership information as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Ironkeep is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from a compromised Discord account.

3. Guild Registration & Approval

Adding a Discord server to Ironkeep creates a registration request that must be approved by an Ironkeep administrator. Ironkeep reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke access to any guild at its sole discretion, without notice or reason.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Service offers a free tier with usage limits and a Pro tier with extended features. Plan details, limits, and pricing may change. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance via Discord or email where possible.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law or the Discord Terms of Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other guilds' data or administrative features.
  • Abuse, spam, or overload the Service (including automated scraping or API abuse).
  • Upload malicious files, inject code, or attempt to exploit the Service's security.
  • Impersonate other users or guilds.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your access without prior notice.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of the data you provide to the Service (CTA configurations, compositions, builds, payout records, etc.). Ironkeep does not claim ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant Ironkeep a limited licence to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Guild owners and callers are responsible for the data they manage, including player notes and payout records.

7. Availability & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ironkeep does not guarantee uptime, data availability, or uninterrupted service.

Like any online service, Ironkeep may experience downtime, bugs, and breaking changes. Ironkeep may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironkeep and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

This includes, without limitation, losses related to silver payout records, roster assignments, or missed CTA/event notifications.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Guild owners may request deletion of their guild and all associated data by contacting us.

Ironkeep may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason at its discretion. Upon termination, your data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on third-party services including Discord, Cloudflare, and Hetzner. Ironkeep is not responsible for outages, changes, or data handling by these providers. Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

Ironkeep may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
